Optilinked did not start as an idea. It started from real work.
Glenn Michael built Autism Parents United. Anders Joelsson built Autism Dad United in Sweden. Both projects were created because we have autistic children in our families and saw a clear need for support, structure, and community.
From the start, we faced the same challenge many NGOs face. Small teams, limited time, and a large amount of responsibility. Content had to be created, members needed support, communication had to stay consistent, and fundraising had to work, all at the same time.
Because of our background in internet, marketing, and AI, we approached this differently. We focused on building simple systems supported by AI to reduce workload, not increase it. AI helped us plan content, structure communication, repurpose impact stories, and maintain consistent outreach without adding more staff.
This was not about using advanced tools. It was about building practical workflows that could run every week without breaking.
By building and running these NGOs ourselves, we learned what works in real conditions. We learned where teams lose time, where communication breaks down, and how small improvements in structure create a large impact over time.
That experience became the foundation of Optilinked.
Today, we use the same systems to help other NGOs build clearer workflows, stronger communication, and better fundraising structure, without increasing pressure on their teams. The goal is simple. Help NGOs do more of their mission work with less operational stress.
Optilinked exists because we have done this work ourselves, and we know how much difference the right system can make.
